Casa Urbani is one of the oldest houses in Teramo that preserve evidence of medieval private buildings of the 13th century.
It dates back to the first half of the 15th century and has an outer perimeter with walls made of river pebbles, arched windows framed by smooth and squared ashlars and a stone ogival portal resting on shelves.
The arched windows on the first floor alternate with the squared ones on the ground floor that appear to be of good quality.
